Monday, workshop at Republic Poly

Sunday night

Few hours left to the weekend and I have yet to complete my work. But today was by far the most relaxing day. I got a little shut eye in the late afternoon and then more GOW3 action after that. I am done with the passage for the two classes. Now I just need to craft the questions.
Time check 2027 hours. Going to finish up salted egg and porridge and then see what I can do with the rest of work.

Saturday afternoon

Picked up two titles at funzone yesterday; Just Cause 2 and GOW3. And guess what? I really anxious to see how gameplay and the graphics. Yeah.. they're good but they so GOD DAM hard to play. :( my skills are getting rusty.
Pulled myself together and I went for a morning run. Did not complete the running route but not too bad for a start.
It is 1150 and I really really really must start working. NO MORE PROCRASTINATING. NO MORE! NO MORE! NO MORE!!! (slapping myself in the cheek) okay! that hurts.

Earth Hour tonight at 8:30pm

Earth Hour tonight at 8:30 pm. I am going to play my part in turning off all the lights and power for 60 minutes. Wait. That is way too long. OK Lets try with 30 minutes first. :)

weekend beginning

Friday night and I just had a huge pack of chicken rice. I have a to do list for the weekend and I am planning on doing some exercise in the morning. Let's hope I can stay with the routine. Fingers crossed.

Final weekend

IGN's: Top 25 PS3 Games

Went for training at the beginning of the week for three solid back to back days. I was hoping for a better "back to school" experience, but it turned out to be something quite the opposite.
I was paying attention and keeping quiet in class and yet I got picked on by the teacher.
Now I truly understand how it feels like being marked by the teacher. A genuine reminder to myself not to follow suit. Haha!

time passes quicky when you have fun

The crime scene investigation lesson has been floating in my head for the past few weeks. I did not know to craft it and pitch it to them so that they comprehend the basis of analyzing a typical crime. Even after discussing it with Shaleni, I am still at a lost. Impulse motivated me this morning to pen down my thoughts and I tried it out with EB and TA. The novelty factor lasted for like a period and then the 'FUN' died down. :( sad.

Even though it did not turn out as well as I wanted it to, but I think some people had a bit of laughter and fun. Bottom-line; they were engaged and some learning took place.
I will shelve this lesson for the time being and re-run it for a later date.

Lots of happening this weekend. We have the sports heat tomorrow afternoon and then followed by NCC camp. And then Parents-teacher conference on Saturday and then back to NCC camp for the rest of the weekend. I hope I have the energy to last me till the new week. Phew!

American Idol 2010. This guy stands out quite strangely. He is not flashy nor does he appear to have that star quality. But he is nothing short of talent. He is Andrew Garcia. Check out his rendition of Paula Abdul's Striaght up. If he had not heard the original version, go sample it and you'd find a huge difference from Andrew's version of it.
